01/10/2024 We ordered a gas geyser from Jacques. He came out and quoted personally. We paid over deposit same day with promise of installation the next Monday. Installation only happened that Friday. Installation was faulty with bad gas leak for another week. They demanded final payment before they do COC. This is now a month later and still Chantelle en Jacques are making excuses when they eventually answer their phones. Once they have received your payment they ignore your calls and concerns. I have never experienced such bad service in my entire life. Aircon-Direct in Springs is an absolute frustration and headache. We are still waiting for our COC for insurance purposes.
