Airbrush store SA....yay or nay???

<p>I've ordered an Airbrush make up kit from the Airbrush store on the 7th of December 2016 and made the payment on the same day. After a week i haven't received any notification of my parcel being processed and i decided to send an email to confirm. They answered my email with a mail: "Our office is busy processing orders. This time of the year is very busy and we will let you know when we are processing your order." Its been more than a month and now when you log onto the website there is a message "we are taking a break, be back soon". I don't think it's professional to take a break before you havent sent out all your pending orders. When will i receive my parcel? And i paid extra for courier. What to do?</p>
