Worst service from Airbnb and Host

I stayed at accommodation that did not remotely match the listing on the app.

I've been requesting a refund as I cancelled my accommodation and didn't stay there as the place was terrible (I have images to prove this)

I've asked numerous times for someone to please get back to me and for the last week and a half I havent had any feedback.

I will not use you in future and I will advise colleagues and friends/ family to do the same.
