Worst booking experience EVER!

Just had the worst experience with this App where a host cancelled the booking within seconds after it was confirmed and a huge deposit was deducted from my credit card. Now I am out of pocket for 15 working days as this is how long it takes to refund the deposit that took only 2 seconds to deduct from my credit card. Will never use this app again as the hosts are unreliable and not trustworthy. The rates advertised is not correct and only a way of tricking you into making a booking. Hosts also do not respond and others change their minds and just cancel bookings mid term, not a reliably booking site at all. Please do not use them, rather be safe and use booking.com internationally and LekkeSlaap.co.za locally.
