Worst app to book a stay!

I have tried for the past 2 days to book a stay on Airbnb and the app and the site wouldn't allow me to add a payment method and pay for the stay. I have tried multiple times with different cards as well and still nothing. They can't even find the problem nor can they fix it from their side. All I got was a gift card for R 300 that I can't even use cause I can't pay for my damn stay.
