Woodburn Green UK, absolute disgust!!!!

I am totally disgusted, we secured Woodburn Green in the UK and paid in full. A few days ago the host alerted in saying the place is not exactly the pictures we saw. 2 days ago advised, the busy with renovations and we not able to use the entire home; we can sleep there whilst they are working? We demanded to go review the place and what disgust, the place should not be on your web for occupation! We have requested a full refund and now we have to wait until the date of departure we told. Meantime we are now stranded as we are unable to occupy elsewhere due to lack of funds. This is most disgusting and would appreciate your urgent intervention, this host must be dealt with severely!!!!! Very disappointing!!!!!!!
