Withholding payments while asking for irrelevant documents.

Our experience with Airbnb's hosting process has been unnecessarily complicated due to excessive red tape. The platform repeatedly withholds payments until irrelevant and often unreasonable documentation is provided—requests that have no direct connection to our listing. For instance, we were asked to supply a resignation letter from an accountant we worked with over 20 years ago, who was simply a service provider at the time. This level of bureaucracy feels both frustrating and unjustified, raising concerns that payment delays may be a strategy to hold funds longer than necessary. As soon as we receive payments still owing to us, we will remove our listings with them
