Waiting for refund

I have paid then I cancelled the next day for an accommodation and they said it will reflect in my account by the first of October 2019, I then sent a message again (twice) to them asking for help I was told they’ll assign me to someone to help me. It’s 17 days later I’m still not Assisted. It’s so disappointing
