Very unhappy with bad experiance

Im very unhappy with the service i was getting from airbnb. I booked a place in cape town for new year and it was not even in cape town but in a very unsafe area wich i could not sleep over, and when i cancelled a half an hour later they told me that i could not get a refund wich is very upsetting to loose such a lot of money. Please people dont use these fools ever to book accommodation
