URGENT HELP NEEDED

I booked 7001a Villa, Sandton. I paid the booking fee and security deposit for the villa, all on the AirBnB app. The host cancelled my booking less than 24 hours before check-in, without reason and NEVER paid my security deposit back. Despite the host requesting airbnb to send my bank details to her, airbnb has failed, I also reported the same and Isadora from airbnb just rep**** with the hosts email and said I should inform the host of my issue.. The host asked airbnb for my information because the app doesn't allow me to share sensitive information ( my bank details) to the host, she admitted to being liable to me and airbnb covers for this- but no one seems to be heling. The security deposit was R10 200,00 which the host will pay back, but airbnb is not helping in sending my bank details to the host
