Unsatisfied With Airbnb

I made a booking earlier today with Winners Guest House in Emalahleni, to my surprise the owner of the house Sharon Mankge told me that the house was fully booked and that the amount that I paid was not what her and the agency agreed on. Their stuff member from support left me hanging with helping me regarding my refund…….. This is the message sent by the owner after I booked: Hi Ernest. Our place is fully booked from since yesterday. Please in future verify or call me for the your booking. I've indicated to you that Airbnb they just send people without my confirmation. I even shared with you that their rates not mine. Your can forward this message to them if you can, for your cancellation. Apology for any inconveniences. Winners Guest house. S.
