Unsafe and unpleasant stay at Worcester Avenue, 13 Marlbank, Vanderbijlpark, Gauteng 1911, South Africa

I have a few concerns regarding my stay. To start, on arrival we were not notified of the borehole rupture and entry to the home was extremely difficult. The cars got stuck in the mud and we spent close to 30 minutes pushing each car out the mud. The area was unsafe with regards to construction materials everywhere, there was an injury due to that. Thirdly, upon viewing rooms, the room at the very end with the outside shower had a broken window with bubble wrap stuffed in the window, further making it an unsafe stay, the area where the outside showers were, was filthy. During the stay, plug sockets in some rooms were not working. The water in a few rooms was hot and then went cold and the water went from strong water pressure to weak. Lastly it was said that there was a storm and the pool was only being filled on the day of arrival, despite my reservation being confirmed a month and a half ago. Based on research, the pool was definitely empty for more than two weeks before our arrival, the sand and wood was bone dry, showing that there was no storm for The past week or two. The wifi was advertised as an amenity, yet the wifi did not work in the other rooms. Despite the home being advertised as a 12 guest house, not more than 5 people could join the wifi without it malfunctioning. The house was not was what advertised, it was an unsafe and unpleasant stay for the most part
