Unpaid by Airbnb

Good day I recently had visitors at my house advertised on Airbnb. My payout from Airbnb was sent incorrectly to PayPal. However PayPal rep**** that the reference number was not a valid PayPal transaction ID. I have communicated my frustration to Airbnb daily this past 10 days and their response is just a computer generated message to say they will look into the matter. It has been 11 days since the payout was released from Airbnb to PayPal and I am still without payment. Regards Rika
