I mistaken pressed the reserve button on this application, immediately after doing this without when consent or OTP they withdraw this amount from my banking account.

I immediately canceled and only received 800 back of total stay of 2000 and off rand.

They are now refusing to issue refund even after I have raised the concern and told them what the issue is.

I want this addressed and I want my refund back.
