Unauthorised withholding of client funds by Airbnb.

To air my frustrations with this autocratic organization in detail will take pages, so I'll condense it where possible and ask for any attorney's advice on how to penalise them for withholding client funds *******ly and force them to pay interest on this money at the highest attainable interest rate of the currency traded. In summary, we have not been paid ANY income for rentals collected by Airbnb for the last +_6 months or more. Their first excuse was the KYC requirements that they were required to implement. This took months of teeth pulling with them, which included phone calls, begging for information of the "missing information required" to lift the payment block, begging for links to upload the required information, begging for multiple links or links that accepted multiple uploads for multiple documents requested, validating why deceased owners were unable to provide "up to date ID documents", waiting for 72 hours between each promise to address our attempts to find out why the funds still haven't been released, and the list of unreasonable requests go on. I've even made suggestions to simplifying and circumvent this unreasonable behaviour and all of these have been ignored by what appears to be a train driver on a single track with the sole mission of getting to the station as slow as possible. Do you think we will get paid interest or even paid at all? My last call to Airbnb on 27 January 2025 was addressed once again with "Your KYC is under review, please wait 3 days for a response" following an email from Airbnb on 15 Jan 2025 that our payment has been made and will arrive by the 22 Jan 2025. Whay a blatant LIE!!! The fight with them continues. BDC is no better so maybe try some other platforms with a smaller or local footprint that care a bit more about their customers.
