They will ***** your money and then just deny doing it!

Charges your credit card in unconfirmed bookings and then just have automated replies denying the charges. Also just a terrible site navigation wise and it takes about 20 minutes just to get to a complaint page. Worst site I have ever had the displeasure to take a venture on!
