The worst treatment I've experienced in a long time

I am a host on Airbnb and had the misfortune to host a disrespectful and damaging tennent. This mans name was David Bordoli, whom works in construction. This man damaged my property, had altercations with some of the other tenants and subsequently there were items missing out of the apartment. He then wrote the most scathing review, after only staying one night. I decided to move on from the damaged property and the missing items, and found peace in the fact that I could write up an equally bad review. Two days latter people from Airbnb, phoned me and asked for photographs of the damages. I explained to them that I had to fix the damages quickly, as there was another Tennent coming in. They then told me that they had reviewed the dispute and that I was in the wrong and that my review was going to get taken down. I see that the land owner is treated as an employee and seems that we have no right in this arrangement. When some body posts a bad review on Airbnb, your advi*****t stands in lower order, I have had a good review from every tenant and because of David's review I am sitting so low that I might as well not advertise on Airbnb. As much as the bad review upsets me, I have no problem with free opinion, what I do have a problem with however, is that I'm not entitled to the same right. With absolutely no first hand information and no physical inspection of the conflict between me and David, Airbnb have deemed me to be a lier and have stripped me of the right to write an opinion about a person who is unreasonable and is out to damage my reputation.
