The worst service ever

The property we booked was extremely misleading and did not match the listing description or photos. This caused major inconvenience upon arrival. When we contacted Airbnb for support, Anjana handled our case and provided very poor service. There was no meaningful assistance, no effort to accommodate us, and no accountability for the misleading listing. Overall, this experience was frustrating and disappointing, and Airbnb failed to stand by its guests.
