Terrible

Airbnb took my money for two reservations that were not available but still listed on their website. They only sent one email confirming part of my money. Which is ridiculous considering they took money for the second booking.

Their customer care doesn’t respond on time.

They don’t Answer their phones either.

Their number claims it’s toll free but it’s not considering it finished all my airtime I was on hold for a very long time nobody answered
