Terrible host

My family and I booked a holiday in July, in cpt, a beach front apartment hosted by Elaine. We received the most disgusting service. As windows and cupboard doors was broken,leaking shower. This host was unresponsive and only made arrangements to fix things after left for Durban, after just staying one night of the seven nights we booked for. We had to book two flights and the rest drove back. The host had said she would be back from her holiday in August. When contacted in August, she said she will make arrangements to fund but ever since I have been ghosted! This lady should not be allowed to run such a ****ty operation and I still want refund.
