Terrible - Disgusted with service

Terrible website. No contact person available to cancel trip or complain. No relevant complaint information whatsoever. Refund required but host says to contact AirBnB. There is no one to contact. Definitely do not use them if you are trying to arrange any business trips because the stress isn't worth it! In this day and age the service isn't just disgusting, it's non-existent.
