Terrible conditions of AirBnB listings

My daughter booked The Hydro Apartments in Sandton. There is no wifi and they have not had WIFI for 4 days without telling her when she booked in. How is she supposed to work? More than R19000 later, the host is rude and refuses to do anything and also refuses to refund. The shower floods the whole bathroom, the place hasn't been cleaned ,the aircon can't heat the freezing apartment, the heater does not work, they have refused to give her management and the owner's details so she can call and explain that she's paid and nothing works. the tv doesn't work because there's no WIFI, so she's sitting in a cold apartment, not being able to work. This is the last time we will book with AirBnB as they haven't been able to sort out the issues. It seems that any ************ person can list anything and then you're not allowed to see it or inspect it until biometrics are done, which means you're officially booked in. She's not allowed visitors either. I will insist she opens a case of ***** with South African Police Services.
