Still No Payment - Months In

I am and Airbnb Superhost, I have been for the last 4 years and I just want to share my utter frustration and disgust with this corporation.

I rent out my home for 4 months of the year, during this time I then rent a smaller place for my son and I - I do this so that I can fund my small business. So I incure overheads to make money off my home.

Airbnb use every delay tactic under the sun not to pay me. They currently owe me R200 000 ($13 000) for almost 2 months now.

I have reported the problem more times than i can count, I have filled out every form sent to me, I have removed and then reloaded my bank details on a number of occasion, I have reported the problem and it has been escalated to the highest department for weeks now. I have jumped through every hoop via email, phone call and via the airbnb platform.

I dont actually know what to do anymore... Ive cried. My frustration levels are through the roof as i continue to take on over heads while renting out my home yet not receiving money that is owed to me. Better yet, airbnb are taking the funds from my clients and holding onto it.

Nothing better than the big giant *****ing over the small man who is just trying to survive.
