Shocking service from Air B and B

We booked to go to a Lodge near Bela Bela over the long weekend and we received a confirmation from Air B and B last week and I clicked on the link which said get directions and it took me to a google map destination which was actually 152 km's away from the actual place we were booked into. We landed up in the middle of Groblersdal (so after travelling in hectic traffic from 1:30 in the afternoon to a destination which should have been two hours away we then had to be redirected at 5:30pm by the host Woody (who was really unbelievable) and we only arrived at our lodge at 8:00 that evening!!!! What a dreadful start to our long weekend - I have booked through Air B and B on numerous occassions - I did sent an email on Thursday evening and still have had no response from them - I am really very disappointed in them !!!! Even though we had a pleasant stay - it was really was unacceptable and to top it off I had my 74 year old mom in the car with us. What a disaster...
