Shocking Service

I booked accommodation through Air B&B and paid the deposit and then thr final amount , due to circumstances i had to cancel the booking . I received 80% back but not my deposit , its been more than a month after they confirmed that they would pay it back. I have been sending mail on mail with no feedback . I will NEVER EVER use them again , they are quick to take your money but not to refund
