Service charge

Today I made a booking on Airbnb for an apartment to which the host indicated that he had no availability. A refund was processed but a service fee was still charged which is unacceptable given that the cancellation was not on my part. In addition Airbnb does not have a local support number in South Africa yet carries on business here
