****!! ****!! Disgusting Service, a big ****!

I booked and paid for a property OCEAN BREEZE HOUSE on Saturday (26 November) for 15 - 19 December, I paid the full amount and completed all the security requirements. On Sunday 27 November the Host (Her name is Janine) emailed to tell me that I had to pay R8000 more because the amount that was on the advert (which is the amount I paid) was only based on 2 people (which is not what the booking engine said), she asked me to immediately cancel the booking so I get my refund, apologizing for the "inconvenience" (as this is not suitable for my very little budget). I have not received the refund yet and I need it to book another property. I wont even mention the fact that all places are filling up while I wait for the refund, which Im now not even sure that I will get. The false advertising is ridiculous and the blatant ****** is worst, upon learning that the booking was for BLACK PEOPLE, immediately the price was increased and we were told that this property is too luxurious for us. SIES!
