I booked a reservation for my husbands birthday on the from the 10th til 12th April.... We were so excited keeping in mind this wouild have been our first time using air bnb... We used a link sent to us and received a credit and also 1 of my friends also used our link and we again received a credit.... Dues to lock down we were forced to cancel our stay as there was no availability to postponed or change the date.... They could pick up what we paid after receiving both discounts on our booking however we lost the credits and apparently we now need the person's link or email address I do t have that information... I am in total shock coz in today's time I can't not track a credit really that unbelievable seeing that everything is done on ur app and giving to u through u the app... Surely thr should be a way of tracking it.... So upset doubt I'll ever book through this app ever again...

U just lost a customer....

And not to forget all her friends....
