Refund policy - Checking time. Borderline ****

Bulgaria - Sofia The host check-in time was from 10pm (!). It sounds so crazy than I thought it was a glitch. When I realised, 10 minutes later, I cancelled but couldn't get a refund. Airbnb should never allow such crazy check-in time to come with no refund policy. I contacted the support (probably Concentrix/Webhelp or Teleperformance in Portugal/Greece). They're absolutely useless. This airbnb brand needs to go down.
