Refund ****mers

Due to the host advertising what is not there, Airbnb agreed to refund me, this was 30 May they told me my money was paid. It's almost end of June now and I still have not received my money. You ask and there is no straight answer when money was paid, someone says 30 May, and someone says 20 June. Bunch of ****mers who hold people's money for their gain. Shame on you!!!!!
