Refund - ****med by Laurence

We booked at Zimbali using the Airbnb website. All the rules where followed and payment done however when we got to the gate the code which the host Laurence gave us is not valid. We paid Laurence into his account which he gave us and the address Zimbali coastal estate 12 Yellow wood drive Dolphin coast KZN, only to find such is not there. We lost about 21k and would be fair for Airbnb to refund us the money cause all of this is happening on their websites and they know about this. We want our money back and what’s worse this host Laurence was verified by Airbnb as a host. Please take this matter serious or else we taking Airbnb to court if our refund does not come through.
