Refund from Airbnb

I booked on the the Airbnb app like normal and then the next day, I got an email from Airbnb informing me they will give me a refund because the account I booked violated their terms. I still don’t have the refund and it might take 15 days or more. I really need the money back ASAP to make other bookings and I don’t even l know if I can trust the app now.
