refund

I have been waiting for my refund for a few days now. The host accepted payment an then cancelled due t plumbing issues however has not refunded my money .

I called airbnb who also confirmed via the messages left on my app that the fault was on the host side and a request for my refund will be put through.

I a still waiting and waiting. I do not understand how one can accept payment and cancel on the day of checkin

i even called the host who said that they cancelled. but on my app nothing has been done
