Refund.

Extremely dissatisfied with the service on Airbnb and the ********* hosts I have come across.

I made a booking on Airbnb, the host cancelled my request within 5 minutes of booking - my ENTIRE accommodation amount. Airbnb promised to refund me but the refund will take 15 working days. How is it that you can take my money within 5 minutes but have me sitting here begging for it back when the mess up was your own host???

I require that money to book another place, this is completely unacceptable. Let me not even get started on the disgraceful l hosts Airbnb accepts onto their site.

Seems like as everything else in this work, this app too is deteriorating.
