Refund

<p>I booked a place for weekend away through Airbnb in January 23rd, 2017 and paid R503.00, the booking got cancelled by the host few hours after i made the payment. Airbnb gave me an option whether to book another place or request for refund, and i requested for a refund. I am still waiting to get my money back. The below is the email i got from Airbnb after requesting for a refund.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hi Amanda,<br />A refund of R503 ZAR has been issued to your credit card (VISA 9016) for reservation BJTHRK at Welcome Cottage, Cape Town (you originally paid R503 ZAR). While this refund is immediate on our part, it can take up to 5 business days for the funds to reach your account.<br />Thanks,<br />The Airbnb Team</p> <p> </p>
