Raymond from Air BnB give back the money

Raymond from Durban with Air BnB have ****** us of our family money. That we have save for a year. We had booked the house to stay in from 29th to 4 December with my kids as a vacation. On the 14 of this month SA closed its beaches and we had to change all traveling plans and not go to Durban as Covet 19 role did not alow us .we had ask for a refund fro them of deposits we had paid. The respond we got was that we not going to get that money from Raymond.
