Poor service from Airbnb

Hello Peter' my name Mmapula Pale.I recently experienced a poor service from Airbnb on two occasions and both where false advertising. I'am currently at UCT till July and needed a place to stay till then. On both occasions I made an effort to ask the hosts on the actual locations from UCT medical campus (distance) since am not from Cape Town, safety since am female and also if the place is work friendly ( where I can put my laptop). The first place ,the owner was rude and the place was full of men old men and I was expected to share with man, on listing it said the WiFi was provided, but when I enquired about this from my host he rudely responded by saying "I can buy it on my phone" . I couldn't sleep at this place as l didn't even feel safe and the owner refused to give me my refund

On the second occasion, the host confirmed that her place was 15 kilometres from UCT medical campus , but this was not true . On her listing also it is misleading as I was under the impression that the place was exactly Cape Town. Only to find that they where all the across town and the Uber driver warned about that place being a gangster place. Now am desperate and staying with the Uber driver lady who warned me about that location. Airbnb is not being helpful and I can even get my refund. Please help. Kind Regards Mmapula Pale
