Poor service delivery

Extremely disappointed in the overall service for Airbnb as I booked and payed for the accommodation on Monday the 31st of August and booking was confirmed. I booked for 4 people 5-7 September and the description of the place said it was for 4 people . The just reached out to me Thursday night asking me to cancel the booking on my end as he will be charged for cancelling because the property only allows 2 . I then made a refund and now have to wait 10-15 working days . Which means I’ll be able to only enjoy my birthday in the next 10-15 working days . There’s nothing they could do on their end and im so disappointed. They ruined my whole birthday
