Poor service.

It is very unfortunate that I have to write a bad review. I have been batteling with Air bnb support for 14 days with regards to getting a very simple issue resolved. I chatted to over 10 different support agents and they have no clue what my issue is about. Finally someone understood the issue however still after 14 days, no payment recieved. This is not acceptable.
