Poor response

We traveled with my girlfriend and on 2 occasions over 2 weeks ago had terrible experiences with the hosts. We have been trying to get our refund and issue resolved, we have been thrown from Pilar to post with promises of them getting back to us, Yesterday I called and was on the line for over 15 mins and was promised someone would call me ASAP, but up until now no one has bothered to contact us
