Payment Issues - Airbnb unwilling to assist

I am an Airbnb host and it is a hassle to get assisted. I have not received a payment that they say they released on the 7th of October, which according to Airbnb should have been in my account on the 13th of October.

I have asked for proof of payment to send to my bank, they say they don't provide this.
