Pay out from Airbnb

I listed my 5 star tourism rated property on Airbnb last year. I have had 5 star ratings to date. I have yet to receive a payout of over R200 000. I have spent hours on the airbnb support website. Eventually I called an overseas number. The lady promised my pay out that week. I have screenshots of the messages sent to me stating that I had finally been paid out. Another message to say the date the money would reach my bank account and finally a message to say that my payout details were incorrect. The time and energy I have spent on this has caused me so much stress...I have no words. I eventually thought I had been ****med but NO this is the real Airbnb deal!!!can anyone help? I can't get through to more than a robot or a what sounds like a filipino person that just says yes to every question I ask!!!
