Pay back the money

On the 23rd March 2020 I have made reservations for a weekend away for 6 people for the 24th of April 2020 which was Friday till the 26th Sunday @ Luxurious Peaceful Mountain Retreat-Heated Pool .I paid an amount of R1,143.54 Mar 23, 2020 · 07:08PM EET MASTERCARD •••• 4782 Reservation code HMYFQAT552 Well after I have done the payments I then received an email telling me to choose another date because of Covid 19 I did but there was no response I sent several emails for the change of dates with no response I then asked for my money back till today there is no response .Please help get my money back
