Pathetic service

I made a booking on Friday and the money was deducted straight out of my account. On Sunday i get another sms to say the same amount has been deducted again out of my account. Ive sent numerous emails and keep getting told they will get back to me. This is totally unacceptable for them to help themselves to my money. This is my first time using this company and wi never use them again. Be very wary when booking through these people!!!!! I want my second lot of money back
