PATHETIC!!

Very poor customer service. In April I booked and paid for accomodation for my December holiday and after 2 months my host cancelled my booking. Apparently the host is allowed to cancel at any time???. I paid a massive service fee to AirBnb so I thought maybe they will help me find a new place. All they did was refund my deposit, didn't even TRY to help me. We still don't have a place to stay... PATHETIC...will never book through AirBnb again!!!!
