Paid up accommodation dates to be changed

We made a booking via AirBnb for theESwatini Bushfire Festival weekend accommodation. I made 2 different bookings. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic the Festival has been postponed to next year. On the one particular accommodation a full payment was done. I spoke to the owner as they are aware of the postponement and asked them to please move the dates to next year but to date the date hasn't been changed. I sent several e-mails to AirBnb regarding this but no response as well. I have paid the full amount and would like to know what needs to be done for the accommodation to be moved to next year during the 2021 festival weekend?
