Not Refunded

Have had a horrible experience with AirBnb and won't use them ever again. They cancelled our booking after we had paid deposit and we had to book with the host directly. Received an email from AirBnb stating they would refund us in 15 business days (minus almost 30% for advertising fees). It has been over two months and we have yet to receive our refund.
