Non payout by Airbnb

I hosted guests in an apartment for a week. As at today Airbnb has not paid me the guests paid Airbnb and I have not received a cent. I have tried messaging them I have asked them to send me an email address to which I can communicate with them the only response I get is an automated message "Case Closed" I'm yet to get a payment. Never again will I have anything to do the Airbnb absolutely disgusting !!!!!!
