Non payments after hosting

I have a very bad experience with them not wanting to pay my money and yet they paid it once and when they supposed to pay my other amounts they say I must edit my banking details. I am being sent from pillar to post. I will deregister my profile with them because they don't care. What's the point of hosting and don't get paid
