No way to contact AirBnb!

AirBNB - I need help resetting my password. The only way to reset a password is to reset it, which i have done 5 times now but each time it gives me an error. Your website has absolutely NO WAY for me to speak to someone so how am i supposed to resolve my issue? I googled an email address for airbnb which is *** and i received a mail saying i dont have permission to email? Why dont you make it a bit easier for someone to ask for help!?
